Assignment Changes for Upperclassmen, Transfers, & Graduates
Room Swap periods are offered prior to move in. Assigned students can change themselves to
a different building, room, or roommate within MyмÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±×ÊÁÏHousing.
A Room Change Request period is offered at the beginning of each semester for residents who wish to request
to change buildings, rooms, or roommates. Requests are submitted in MyмÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±×ÊÁÏHousing and are processed based upon the date/time submitted and availability.
Room Swap (Room Change Prior to Move In) Period for Academic Year 2024-2025:
General Room Swap ALL STUDENTS: June 12-21, 2024
All buildings will be available for Room Swap except for the Fraternity/Sorority buildings.

Fall 2023 Room Change Requests: Contact your Area Coordinator or Community Director for assistance and availability.
Requests are processed based on the date/time the room change request was submitted
and room availability. Space is extremely limited. Residents will receive notice via
JagMail on the status of their requests.
